The recommended dosage for DAYLY varies depending on your specific needs:
DAYLY is best taken on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. However it’s most important that you’re consistent with taking it so if you prefer it with food, that’s fine too! If you’re taking it twice a day think first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon/evening.
Whilst we don’t believe in restrictive diets, we do recommend that for the first 2-4 weeks, you try to avoid foods that may trigger your symptoms. Why? Your body’s trying to heal, rest, and repair and you want to do everything you can to help it. Gut health’s a long-term game, and there’s, unfortunately, no ‘quick’ or magic fix, but with some patience and consistency, you will see results.

It’s important to note here: we’re not about quick fixes, rather helping you find long term relief from your GI upset. The formula takes 6-8 weeks to reach full effect, as we’re trying to large the fundamental issues…. And this isn’t a quick process!
2-3 weeks: Expect minor improvements in bloating, and regulation bowel movements.
6-8 weeks: This is where the magic happens. It’s around this mark that most people start to see relief from the more chronic issues: inflammation, food sensitivities, heartburn, energy, leaky gut etc.
8-10 weeks: You’ll be feeling a whole lot better and like your old self again! Many people find that here, they drop down to a smaller maintenance dose to one flat scoop per day for general gut health support.
When you start your DAYLY gut healing journey, don’t be alarmed if things feel a little worse before they get better! This really depends! Up to 80% of people with IBS actually have SIBO, so taking a probiotic here, can actually make things worse.
A rule of thumb: if you’ve taken probiotics in the past and they’ve helped, then absolutely. Take it with DAYLY to help supercharge the healing process.
However, if you’ve found little change or if probiotics have had a negative effect eg. more gas then we recommend staying off them and letting DAYLY do it’s job on it’s own.
