DAYLY offers a 60-day money-back guarantee to give you peace of mind.
To fully experience the benefits of DAYLY, you must use the product daily for a full 60 days. This consistent use allows your body to adjust and experience the results that DAYLY is designed to deliver.

If, after consistent daily use for 60 days, you are not satisfied with your results, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, and transaction fees.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. First-Time Purchase Only

    • The guarantee applies only to your first order placed directly through www.yourdayly.com.

    • Purchases made from retail stores or third-party sellers are not eligible.

  2. Consistent Use

    • You must have used DAYLY consistently for at least 60 consecutive days, following the dosage and usage instructions on the product label.

  3. Food & Symptom Journal

    • You must have completed the DAYLY Food & Symptom Journal, which includes weekly symptom tracking and a simple food diary. Found here 

    • If you’re not experiencing any noticeable improvement within the first few weeks, please check in with our clinical support team at hello@yourdayly.com.

    • They’ll review your journal and offer personalised guidance to help optimise your results.

    • This step ensures you’ve received the right support and usage guidance before determining that the product isn’t working for you.

  4. Return of Products & Free Gifts

    • To receive your refund, all tubs from your order — including opened and empty ones — must be returned, along with any free gifts received in the order.

    • If a free gift is not returned, the full retail price of the item will be deducted from your refund.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Opened tubs are non-refundable unless part of your first qualifying order.

  5. Fees Not Refunded

    • Shipping fees, handling fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

    • A 2.6% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

    • For Afterpay payments, an additional 7% transaction fee will also be deducted.


Not Covered by the Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee is specifically designed to support customers who have used DAYLY correctly and consistently but did not experience the expected results. It does not apply in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction due to taste or personal preference.

  • Incorrect use of the product or failure to follow the directions provided.

  • Failure to complete the Food & Symptom Journal or contact our clinical team before requesting a refund.

  • Products not returned, including empty containers and free gifts.


Herxheimer Reaction (Temporary Worsening of Symptoms)

During the first 1–2 weeks of using DAYLY, some customers may experience a temporary worsening of symptoms, known as a Herxheimer reaction. This is a normal response as your body adjusts to the product and detoxifies.

Common symptoms may include:

  • Fatigue

  • Nausea

  • Headaches

  • Constipation or diarrhoea

  • Gas or bloating

  • Skin breakouts

  • Muscle or joint soreness

These symptoms are generally mild and temporary, resolving within the first 1–2 weeks. The Herxheimer reaction is not grounds for a refund.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email hello@yourdayly.com with:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Completed Food & Symptom Journal

  • Brief summary of your experience

  • Status of product (used/unopened)

Our team will respond within 72 hours. Once your returned items are received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


Defective or Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out via our contact page. You may request a replacement or a full refund, and DAYLY will cover the return shipping for faulty items.

Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and returns must be received within 14 days of filing a claim. Refunds for items not requiring return will be processed within 24–48 hours.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender or not collected, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges incurred by the courier. These will be deducted from the final refund amount. The customer is responsible for any new shipping charges to resend the order.
