I have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome since I was 16 (now 22). I missed being able to go to dinner and had to check the menu to see if I could eat; most of the time, I could not. I got told I would most likely never eat gluten, garlic, fruit, and many other things without pain again. I had done multiple powders and the low FODMAP diet. All would work for a couple of weeks, but didn't give long-term results. I finally tried Dayly after months of research. Best decision I ever made! After finishing my first 3 tubs, I wanted to see if I had long-term benefits without it. I can confirm that I am still eating white bread, pasta, cake, anything I couldn't eat before, I can now even 6 months later. I am buying some more just because they taste amazing, and don't taste like powder! My body craved it every morning as a refreshing drink (natural flavour). The value for money is unmatched. As an IBS girl, if you need one product, this is it!

I can't think of a definitive time when my bloating went away but I knew for sure it had improved when it was time for the dreaded PMS bloat to roll around and it just didn't. I find myself craving it every day and it's truly simple to integrate into your daily routine. I feel like my skin is clearer, my brain is less foggy and most importantly....I am regular. Which is something I had never experienced. It's nice not to have that heavy feeling all the time. I feel as though my gut has been reset and I couldn't be happier. Oh, and do yourself a favour and get the whisk too. It makes a big difference. No, you can't just use the cheap one from IKEA, it's not the same!

This product is so very good. Had a jar of the salted caramel and reordered but received a different one which my Husband didn't like the taste of. Reordered the salted caramel again and he is back to being his happy self.

Tastes like a medicated syrup. Makes me extremely nauseous.

I had IBS symptoms with absolutely insane stomach cramps that stayed for hours and had been suffering for over a year. I had these cramps every day to second day, bloating, gas, heartburn, constipation/diahorrea. Tried the traditional probiotics, chemist medications to naturopaths, everything gave minimal relief and was $$$. Purchased this as I had nothing to lose at this point - after taking it for about 6 weeks I went the longest time without a bad flare up or barely anything at all and my bathroom habits have improved tremendously. I have been taking it now for at least 8-9 weeks and will continue to do so just for the benefits as it has made my life so much better. This is not a quick fix but definitely a way to go. Have put my partner onto it now who has leaky gut so excited to see how he reacts at the 6-8 week mark - great so far! Thank you Dayly.
